Mediation

Mediation is an effective means of resolving disputes whereby the parties attempt to resolve the dispute without expensive legal fees and time-consuming court appearances.

Our ADR certified mediator, Gary Naftel, will look at the dispute structure and inquire with both parties into the nature of their grievances. The aim is to arrive at a solution that works for both parties and that prevents the same dispute arising again.

Expert Witness

Gary has been appointed as an expert witness on many occasions. From the outset he actively supports the investigation of the circumstances surrounding the claim to ensure the correct strategic decisions are taken. He can then adopt the role of expert and can give authoritative evidence in court.
