What’s In Store For 2016?

Welcome back everybody, we hope you have all recovered from the festivities and are sticking to those New Years Resolutions!

So, what does 2016 have in store for us? We often get asked to predict what will happen in the housing market. Are house prices going to go up? Will they come down?

The statistics show that quarter 3 of 2015 is the first quarter in which positive growth has been recorded since the second quarter of 2014. We know that some local estate agents are feeling optimistic about the property market this year, whilst others are more pessimistic, there is of course a split opinion on the current status of our housing market.

We obviously can’t predict the future of the housing market, but what we can do is give you a helping hand if you are unsure about whether to move house or develop your property.

We offer an ‘Action Plan’ which in most cases saves our clients both money and wasted time, not to mention the stress and headache of getting something wrong at the very beginning.

This includes an hour-long consultation to examine the property and identify your requirements. We will address your questions such as “What do we want?”, “Is this possible?”, “What is the process?” and “What will it cost?”.

The ‘Action Plan’ is normally available for £250 but during January and February, whilst we run our Island FM radio campaign we will be offering this service for only £50 – so book yours now!
